Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment in Mpumalanga seeks a regional sales leader to set strategy, manage teams, and maintain key accounts. You will coordinate daily sales, exports, and logistics while ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to present monthly performance and trend analyses to directors. You will drive growth while maintaining profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Set regional sales objectives and ensure targets meet profit margins.
• Manage, train, and support sales and warehouse staff; conduct annual appraisals.
• Maintain personalized relationships with major accounts and visit clients to build rapport.
• Coordinate daily sales and exports with proper documentation; work with warehouse for urgent deliveries.
• Provide monthly reports, analyze sales trends, and update directors on budgets.
• Prepare the annual budget and ensure adherence to financial procedures.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Strategy & Targets: Set regional sales objectives, assist in strategic planning, and ensure approved sales targets and profit margins are met.
2. Team Management & HR: Manage, train, and support sales and warehouse staff, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
3. Key Account Management: Maintain personalized relationships with major accounts, identify new business opportunities, and visit clients to ensure rapport.
4. Operations & Logistics: Co-ordinate daily sales, manage exports with correct documentation, and collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch for accurate, urgent deliveries.
5. Reporting & Communication: Provide comprehensive monthly reports, sales trend analysis, and budget variance updates directly to the directors and Head Office.
6. Financial Management: Prepare the annual budget, schedule expenditures, and ensure the regional team strictly follows company financial procedures.
