Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed; tertiary qualification in Business Management or Sales is advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and operational management experience.
• Financial acumen and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Pastel Evolution experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition and maintain existing client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust plans.
• Lead by example in key account management and high-value deals.
• Manage stock levels, invoicing, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; set targets and conduct reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
• Maintain branch documentation and reporting structures.
