Job summary

Efficiency Staffing Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager for its Western Cape Table View operation on a fixed-term contract. The role oversees executive support, brand operations, people management and sales growth within the branch, reporting to the CGM.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in senior administration or operations, matric plus a tertiary qualification, and strong skills in leadership, organisation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Matric is compulsory.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or Office Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior administrative or operations role.
• Experience supervising staff and leading branch coordination is required.
• Exposure to multi-site or fast-paced environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage CGM’s calendar, travel, meetings, and priorities.
• Prepare agendas, briefing packs, reports, presentations, and minutes.
• Track follow-ups, deliverables, and regional projects.
• Coordinate communication and stakeholder requests on behalf of the CGM.
• Lead staff, coaching, and HR administration delegated by the CGM.
• Drive branch sales opportunities and relationship management.
