Icebolethu Branch Supervisor in Gauteng leads daily branch operations and a high‑performing sales team. You will ensure client retention, implement sales campaigns, and monitor regulatory compliance while driving service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in financial services, Grade 12 plus business/marketing qualifications, and a clean ITC and criminal record. RE‑5/RE‑1 is advantageous; own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed with relevant tertiary studies in business or marketing.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Clear ITC credit record and clean criminal record.
• Own reliable transport and cell phone.
• RE–5 or RE-1 qualification will be an advantage.
• Proven success in marketing life assurance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Retention of clientele and safeguarding branch revenue.
• Supervising and managing daily branch operations.
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to meet targets.
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals.
