Sanlam Developing Markets in Ermelo seeks a Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue by shaping and executing the retail branch strategy. You will guide Sales Consultants, Foster a strong service culture, and ensure compliant, high‑quality operations daily.

Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance management, with a focus on delivering results while developing a resilient, capable team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) completed.
• RE1 and RE5 registrations completed.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or tertiary FSCA qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation maintained annually.
• CPD cycles up to date and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass via branch strategy.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in the branch.
• Lead service delivery culture and optimise client experience.
• Manage day-to-day Retail branch maintenance and strategy development.
• Ensure sales delivery, service culture, compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee HR-related people practices for direct reports with collaboration.
• Monthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement tactics to build relationships.
