Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue of the Retail Mass cluster by developing and overseeing the branch strategy.

You will guide Sales Consultants, lead a service delivery culture, ensure compliant operations, and manage HR for direct reports, including CPD and performance development. Monthly planning and stakeholder engagement are required. This role demands leadership and drive to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant financial services qualifications.
• RE1/RE5 and CPD compliance required.
• 3+ years leadership experience in sales/branch management.

• Grow customer base and revenue through branch strategy.
