Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric required; sales and marketing qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum two years managerial experience in microfinance or banking.
• Proven track record in managing branch performance and people.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch financial performance including new business loan approvals, interest revenue, fee income, expenses and provisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and lending/NCA requirements; report non-compliance.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to improve branch performance and cross-sell non-loan products.
• Lead, motivate and train branch staff; maintain 360° communication with Area Managers.
