FirstRand Limited is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build lasting client relationships, educate customers on banking solutions, and manage leads while adhering to FAIS and TCF standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
Preferred NQF Level 5 in Banking/Business Admin/Customer Service with FAIS.
1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and responsive to transactional needs.
Educate customers on the Banking platform aligned with their needs.
Engage with customers by living up to the brand promise of how can we help you?
Analyze client financial data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions in line with FAIS requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
