• Provide advice, support and/or sales through excellent service and product knowledge to deliver banking solutions
• Promote cost containment by using resources responsibly
• Seek feedback and training to improve performance
• Assist with profit growth through sales and new client acquisition
• Support sales by analyzing client portfolios and engaging proactively
• Understand client needs to maximise benefits, fees and returns
• Identify sales opportunities and manage the leads pipeline
• Report activities to enable timely decision making and stay within guidelines
• Ensure compliance with statutory, policy and governance requirements
• Deliver efficient administration through careful planning, reporting and data upkeep
