FNB Points of Presence: Branch External Sales and Service Advisor is seeking a service-driven professional to deliver tailored financial solutions in a busy branch. You will engage walk-in clients and ensure compliant, high-quality advice aligned with FAIS and FICA requirements.

As part of a dynamic team, you will manage relationships, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate client records while upholding Treating Customers Fairly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients.
• Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs.
