Job summary

FNB is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to join our Points of Presence team. In a high-volume branch, you will provide compliant financial advice and walk-in clients through tailored banking solutions, ensuring exceptional service.

You will build long-term client relationships, achieve sales and service targets, maintain accurate records, and stay aligned with FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements while upholding the bank's governance and brand promise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
