Job summary

FNB Points of Presence, Swellendam, is hiring a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a busy service branch. You will help customers, educate them on banking channels, and build lasting relationships.

You will work under FAIS, FICA, and TCF guidelines, aiming to meet sales and service targets while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a minimum NQF level 5 certificate and 1–3 years client-facing experience; strong communication and ethical approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.

• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals and in accordance with FAIS requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
