Job summary

FNB Points of Presence in South Africa seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice and superior customer service in a busy branch. You will build relationships, educate clients on the right banking channels, and manage client data in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF principles.

You will focus on understanding client needs, offering suitable product solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships while meeting branch targets and staying compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a compliant, professional financial advisory service in a high-volume branch environment.
• Educate customers to the banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Analyze client data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions per FAIS requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Manage leads, referrals and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
