Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence in Durban is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume environment. You will build long-term client relationships, educate customers on banking solutions, and manage leads to drive retention and growth.

Ideal candidates have FAIS/TCF knowledge, Grade 12, and 1–3 years' financial services experience, with strong communication and a client-centric approach ready to contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
