Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service standards.
• Monitor and analyse daily sales to maximise profitability without compromising service.
• Order merchandise and manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Complete daily paperwork and store administration.
• Develop and grow corporate sales and strategy.
• Maintain store merchandising to Lindt standards and corporate guidelines.
• Open and close the boutique per shift plan; prepare monthly reports.
