Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail management experience.
• Tertiary education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with social media channels.
• Strong time management habits.
• A self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in merchandising premium products with strong customer service.
• Sales oriented and able to develop business.
• A passion for chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Store operations and daily boutique management.
• Uphold exemplary customer service and guidelines.
• Monitor daily sales to maximize profitability without sacrificing service.
• Timely merchandise ordering and inventory control.
• Daily paperwork and store administration.
• Develop and grow Corporate Sales strategy.
• Utilize product knowledge to achieve sales goals while controlling costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and food/product safety standards.
• Open/close the boutique per shift plan.
• Prepare monthly reports for Head Office Marketing.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and support corporate campaigns.
• Implement local marketing initiatives from Marketing department.
• Ensure price changes and merchandising compliance.
• Keep store merchandising aligned with company standards.
