Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd seeks a proactive Retail Boutique Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and uphold Lindt's premium brand experience in Pretoria. You will work closely with staff, Store Manager, and corporate contacts to drive sales growth, ensure exceptional service, and manage inventory, merchandising, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail management experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with premium product merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of Lindt retail Boutique.
• Uphold exemplary customer service values.
• Monitor daily sales to maximize store profitability.
• Handle merchandise ordering and inventory control.
• Open and close the Boutique per shift plan.
• Develop and grow Corporate Sales strategy.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and product safety.
• Prepare monthly reports for Head Office Marketing.
