• Daily paperwork and store administration.
• Develop and grow corporate sales strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of products and sales information to hit targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and food/product safety standards.
• Open and close the Boutique per shift plan.
• Prepare monthly reports for Head Office.
