Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel reservations or event coordination.
• Familiarity with the Paarl area is advantageous.
• Proficiency with PMS and reservation software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Confirm bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and policies.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of small to medium-sized events, including weddings, conferences, and private functions.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Prepare event proposals, contracts, and BEOs.
