Placements24 is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its flagship boutique in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead all store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and mentor a high‑performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, a strong luxury retail background, P&L oversight, visual merchandising excellence, and unwavering brand standards.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Drive sales performance and profitability by setting targets and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocktakes, and loss prevention.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation and store appeal.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide superior customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Manage store budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador in Stellenbosch, upholding its values and standards.
