Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling and designer brands.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing exceptional, personalized customer service and styling advice.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals in Stellenbosch.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a clientele base.
• Mentor and train junior sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, designer collections, and product details.
