Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury hospitality reservations (hotels, safari lodges or lodges) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of reservations procedures, booking administration and guest communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reservations management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage reservations from enquiry to confirmation, including amendments and cancellations.
• Respond to guest and travel-agent enquiries via email and telephone.
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations and related reservations documentation.
• Capture and maintain detailed guest information, booking records and agent profiles.
• Ensure accurate rates, availability, inclusions and booking terms are communicated.
• Coordinate special requests and guest preferences with operational teams.
• Liaise with lodge teams and departments to ensure seamless bookings.
• Maintain high accuracy across reservations systems and documentation.
• Assist with reservations reporting, filing and general admin duties.
• Deliver professional, friendly and personalised service meeting deadlines and high hospitality standards.
