About the Role

Our client, a highly-rated luxury boutique hotel situated in the scenic city of George, Western Cape , is looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Hotel Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations, strategic direction, and financial performance of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Manage all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel staff, ensuring high standards of service and professional conduct.

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms.

Requirements
