Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Bloemfontein to drive end-to-end renewable energy projects (solar and wind). You will oversee feasibility, budgeting, schedules, EPC coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 6+ years in renewables, knowledge of project finance and regulatory frameworks, and strong leadership. Hybrid work with site and office activity is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or Environmental Science.
• Minimum 6 years in project management, with renewables focus.
• Proven PV or wind energy project experience.
• Knowledge of project finance and policy/regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with EPC contract management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and EIA processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of solar and wind projects.
• Perform feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with EPC teams and contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
