The successful candidate will oversee full project lifecycles, manage diverse teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain budgets and KPIs across complex energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in renewable energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with large budgets and tight timelines.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Engineering or Environmental Science degree; PMP certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for renewable energy initiatives, from feasibility studies to final implementation and operational handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation specific to renewable projects.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and construction crews.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, government bodies, and community representatives.
• Monitor project performance, reporting on progress, budget adherence, and key performance indicators.
