Job summary

Absa in Bloemfontein is seeking a high-performing Financial Adviser who is FAIS Fit & Proper compliant to join a commission-driven environment. You will provide holistic planning, grow a client portfolio, source new opportunities, and stay compliant with FAIS. Requires RE5, 3–5+ years' experience, strong sales, and own transport.

This role offers uncapped commission, access to leading products, professional development, and autonomy to build your advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable).
• RE5 certification (essential).
• Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established client base (advantageous).
• Strong business development and networking capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, holistic financial planning and advisory services
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio (if applicable)
• Proactively source and convert new business opportunities
