Job summary

Absa Group in Bloemfontein seeks a high-performing Financial Adviser who is FAIS Fit & Proper to join our results-driven team. This role offers a fully commission-driven earnings model and an opportunity to maximise client outcomes in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will manage a growing client base, source new opportunities, and provide tailored investment, risk, and insurance solutions while maintaining strict FAIS compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant.
• RE5 certification is essential.
• Minimum 3–5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established client base advantageous.
• Strong business development and networking capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Own reliable transport.
