Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or related support role.
• Experience with customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, proof of payments, returns and credits.
• Pastel experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries from receipt through to resolution.
• Provide customers with regular updates and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance.
• Assist with returns, credits and complaint administration.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure SLA compliance.
• Escalate urgent matters where necessary and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative functions and continuous process improvement.
