Placements24 seeks a dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Benoni office. You will be the primary contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties, guiding them through the transaction and leveraging local market knowledge.

Responsibilities include lead generation, property listings, viewings, negotiations, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and active registration with SA real estate regulators.

Formación

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and active registration with SA real estate regulator.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or sales with transferable skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Gauteng market, especially Benoni.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate listing platforms.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through networking, open houses, online marketing and referrals.
• List properties for sale or rent with accurate descriptions and photography.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to buyers and renters.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions and legal requirements.
• Negotiate offers and counter-offers to reach agreeable terms.
• Manage documents and ensure compliance throughout transactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients during the buying or selling process.

• Stay updated on Benoni market trends, values, and new listings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
