Qualifications

• Valid EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is required.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to start a career in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Benoni and Gauteng property market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• List and sell properties, providing guidance to clients throughout the selling process.
• Assist buyers in finding suitable properties based on needs and budget, organizing viewings and open houses.
• Conduct market analysis to determine property values and advise clients accordingly.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client relationship management.
