Qualificações

• 5+ years in direct sales
• 3+ years in solution selling
• 3+ years in account management
• Proven track record of strong sales performance in a similar role
• Own transport: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a mandatory requirement
• Technical knowledge (advantageous): Battery storage technology and uninterruptible power supply systems
• Understanding of Amps, Volts, Watts, kW, KVA, and different power phases

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve 100% of monthly and annual sales targets
• Generate leads through existing networks, cold calling, and prospecting
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand customer needs and demonstrate product value
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity to implementation
• Customer & Account Management: Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support
• Maintain and manage relationships with strategic accounts and future customers
• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding
• Technical & Solution Design: Design solutions, define scope, prepare costing, quotes, and presentations
• Consult with electricians, engineers, and other stakeholders to recommend optimal products/solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS Warehouse products and technologies via training and technical documents
• Pipeline & Reporting: Manage accurate sales pipeline and forecast commitments
• Report promptly and accurately on all sales activity
• Professional Standards: Be professional, punctual, and courteous with all clients
• Practice effective time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Take full responsibility for assigned duties
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gauteng
• Perform any additional tasks as requested by the Sales Manager, General Manager, Chief Sales Officer, or Directors
