Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year managing a bar/restaurant or club environment.
• Flexible working hours with night, weekend work as required.
• References from previous work in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ensure the smooth and professional running of day to day operations.
• Daily management of shift staff.
• Management of daily cash ups.
• Open or closing of shop.
• Stock Control and ordering of Bar and kitchen requirements.
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage products.
• Assist Training of new staff.
• Assist in disciplinary measures if required.
• Keep meticulous record of monetary movement in the floats/cash up sheets/petty cash.
• Maintain all personal records of employees are kept securely.
