Qualifications

About the Role

You will work closely with the events team, chefs, and clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring every event is a resounding success. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate event staff, including setting up, serving, and breaking down events.
• Ensure all B&E functions are set according to client specifications and established standards.
• Liaise with clients and the events team on the day of the event to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage the service flow, maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.

Requirements
