About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Banquets and Events Director to lead their prestigious events division at a premier hotel in Centurion, Gauteng . This critical role involves the planning, execution, and management of all catered events, from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale weddings and conferences. The ideal candidate will possess a refined sense of style, impeccable attention to detail, and a deep understanding of event logistics, food and beverage, and client relations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the banqueting department, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and maintaining the hotel's reputation for hosting world-class events. This position requires a proactive leader who can anticipate client needs and deliver seamless, memorable experiences. You will work closely with sales, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of banquets and events, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up.
