This role requires meticulous planning, effective coordination with clients and staff, and the ability to ensure seamless execution of banquets, conferences, and special events. You will be responsible for managing the banqueting team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities
