Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banqueting management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and functions.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event planning, and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
