Job summary

FNB POP in Cape Town is hiring a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service in a fast-paced branch. You will help walk-in and existing customers, advising on banking solutions while promoting digital channels and self-service tools.

You will work within FAIS, FICA, and TCF frameworks, maintain records, and strive to exceed service and sales targets in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 required.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and help them meet needs.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service channels and migrate them where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately and meet service benchmarks.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance.
