Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF4 is required.
• FAIS-recognised NQF5 certificate preferred in Banking, Business Admin or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years of sales or service experience.
• Understanding of FAIS and TCF principles.
