Job summary

FNB POP Universal Advisor role in Pretoria focuses on delivering compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment. You will promote digital and self-service channels while ensuring every interaction is value-driven and ethical.

You will help customers with needs-based banking solutions, manage leads and referrals, and maintain accurate records in line with FAIS, FICA, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related FAIS fields
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles, and regulatory compliance
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner, identifying needs and offering appropriate banking solutions
• Educate customers on digital and self-service channels to migrate usage accordingly
• Fulfill transactions and service targets while maintaining high service standards
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance requirements
• Contribute to team success in a busy POP environment
