Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery equipment such as mixers, dough dividers, proofers, ovens, and slicers.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas and schedules.
• Maintain GMP and PPE, ensure safety and hygiene, and record batch data.
