Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Bloemfontein seeks an experienced Sales Admin lead to own the tele sales and order management engine for the bakery.

You will drive the daily production order, capture all changes, validate pricing/discounts, and maintain master data quality in DRM while circulating clear sales reports. As a hands-on leader, you will coach the tele sales team, reconcile orders, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with Production, Distribution, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate execution

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Supply Chain, or related.
• 3-5 years' sales admin/tele sales/order management experience (FMCG/bakery preferred).
• 1-2 years' supervisory experience leading teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas; Power Query/Power BI advantageous).
• Experience with DRM and ERP (SAP) and telephony/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and coach the tele sales team; run daily huddles and ensure orders are captured accurately.
• Validate pricing, discounts, pack sizes, delivery days, and route allocations before order release.
• Reconcile final orders vs forecast; communicate changes to Production, Dispatch, and Distribution.
• Maintain audit-ready records and monitor DRM master data quality and integrity.
• Build and automate reporting packs: daily, weekly, monthly covering capacity, KPIs, and exceptions.
• Set KPIs, coach, and conduct performance reviews; develop cross-training and continuity plans.
• Interface with Production Planning, Dispatch, Distribution, Finance, and DRM managers daily.
