PepsiCo is seeking a Production Manager in South Africa to manage daily and weekly demand within the manufacturing environment, driving cost efficiency, quality and productivity on a shift basis. You will influence production performance, balance multiple variables to meet service levels, and ensure safe operations.
You will optimize line performance, manage staff, ensure training, and maintain quality and safety standards while reporting on weekly performance to site leadership.
