Placements24 in Kimberley is seeking a driven B2B Sales Specialist to grow our business supplies platform. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with SME clients and delivering tailored procurement solutions.

Based in or able to commute to Kimberley, you will work office-based with base salary plus commissions, and access sales training and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Kimberley or able to commute reliably to Kimberley.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up consistently to close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the e-commerce platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales campaigns and promotions.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
