Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the strategy, roadmap, and narrative when the client asks why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and lead measurement with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels. Remote from Canada, SA or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients
• Budgeting, bidding, targeting, testing, and deciding when to kill a campaign
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell
