Daisy Business Solutions is expanding its business development team in Vaal, seeking a driven Business Generator who can open doors with prospective clients and turn conversations into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

You will be the first voice a client hears, engaging decision-makers and maintaining momentum through strategic follow-up. This role offers high energy, high rewards, and a clear path into full sales positions for top performers.

Qualifications

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation (1+ years preferred).
Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and sales targets.
B2B sales environment experience is advantageous.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening; confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
Resilient and persistent - quick to bounce back from rejection with a competitive drive.
Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and build a pipeline of prospects.
Schedule and hand off appointments and product demos to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
Follow up with leads to maintain momentum and cadence.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen outreach messaging and strategy.
