Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions represents a fintech client seeking a commercially minded Sales & Operations Manager to drive B2B sales while coordinating operational processes that support the sales function. Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales and closing deals.
Experience in account management or sales operations is a plus.
Experience engaging with HR, Payroll or Finance decision-makers would be beneficial.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work with Relationship Managers to convert opportunities from initial introduction to closure.
Present client business requirements and suitable fintech/employee benefits solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage objections.
Prepare sales proposals and coordinate SLAs through to signature.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and target tracking.
Coordinate handover of signed clients to implementation and operations teams.
Prepare sales reports and support planning with cross-functional teams.
Support partner relationships and opportunities across the product portfolio.
