Job summary

Mindmatch Consulting is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to own end-to-end delivery of multiple B2B lead generation campaigns. You will coordinate with Sales, Data, Email and Client Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery, from onboarding to fulfilment.

The role requires 2+ years in campaign operations or related areas, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Hybrid work setup and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Campaign Operations, Lead Generation or B2B Demand Generation delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
• A strong understanding of B2B targeting, lead qualification and data validation.
• Experience working with CRM systems, lead management platforms or campaign delivery systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data validation, reporting and QA.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign delivery from launch through to completion.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand campaign requirements, manage feedback and provide progress updates.
• Translate client campaign briefs into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaign requirements are met.
• Monitor timelines, workflows and deliverables to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
• Identify potential risks, issues and blockers early and take action to resolve them.
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed targeting, data quality and lead volume requirements.
• Carry out quality checks and validation throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and debriefs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and reporting.
