Job summary

Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead core operational processes in our fintech and investments-focused environment. You will own process design, SOPs, risk controls, and collaboration with the Tech team to optimize backend systems.

You'll leverage AI tools to enhance SOP quality, train Investment Managers and Operations staff, and drive efficiency and scalability across the business.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in operations within financial services, forex, payments, or investments.
• Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with testing, tools, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows within financial technology environments.
• Familiarity with process automation and AI tools.
• Knowledge of financial backend systems and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of essential operational processes, including BOP processing, AIT applications, client onboarding, and transaction handling.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business units to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Act as the operational owner for new products, particularly those involving investments distributed through external partners.
• Monitor adherence to established processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to address operational risks.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to understand backend systems and propose process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of SOPs, reporting, analysis, and documentation.
• Train team members, including Investment Managers, Account Managers, and Operations staff, on new and revised processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational scalability.
