ZealHR is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive – Events to drive new business for an energetic events and production company in Pretoria. You will pursue opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and close deals with confidence.

The role requires a proven track record in new-business sales, resilience and the ability to work the room at conferences and exhibitions, delivering measurable results and growth.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in new-business B2B sales.
• Several years of successful, target-driven sales experience.
• The confidence to open doors and engage senior decision-makers.
• Excellent face-to-face selling, networking, negotiation and closing skills.
• Commercial hunger, resilience and the discipline to follow through.
• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• The willingness to get out into the market and make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect actively and build a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Cold call, network, ask for introductions and secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions and industry events — and actively work the room.
• Identify upcoming events, tenders, activations and projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their needs and present the right EVH solution.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close the deal.
• Follow up consistently and take ownership of your sales targets.
• Turn new business wins into valuable long-term clients.
