Job summary

Recruitify_HR Edenvale, Gauteng seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business development and grow existing client accounts. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with travel across Gauteng and strong emphasis on client meetings and product presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in large-format printing, signage, branding, retail displays or custom manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Grow existing accounts and reactivate dormant clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
